Elad Shasha - Law Office

Elad Shasha, Law Office, located in Holon, specializes in labor law and national insurance. It was established by Attorney Elad Shasha, who holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.

At the beginning of his career, Attorney Shasha completed his pre-internship and internship at a law firm considered one of the leading firms in the country in the field of labor law and national insurance, and subsequently worked as an employee at a law firm in Tel Aviv whose main area of expertise is labor law.

Before starting his legal career, he worked in the Department of Regulation and Enforcement of Labor Laws at the Ministry of Economy (formerly known as TAMAT).

Among others, my office handles the following areas of practice:

• Labor Law - Representation in labor courts for both employees and employers, representation in hearings and administrative proceedings, review and drafting of employment agreements and legal opinions, drafting warning and response letters, establishing employer-employee relationships for freelance/independent contractors, dismissal of women undergoing fertility treatments, including representation before the Ministry of Economy, handling applications for establishing manpower companies, service contractors, and private bureaus before the Ministry of Economy.
• National Insurance - Representation in National Insurance Institute committees and courts, claims arising from work accidents and occupational diseases.
