Talia Hadad, Attorney at Law - LL.B. Graduate - The Academic College of Law in Ramat Gan. Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a B.A. in Public Administration and Political Science at Bar-Ilan University.
With extensive legal experience of approximately 11 years in the civil-commercial field, with an emphasis on banking, enforcement of judgments, and insolvency (bankruptcy/liquidations). Believes in a personal and direct connection with the client and takes part in the professional handling of all cases managed by the office.
The office's perspective in the field of enforcement and debt settlement is that conducting enforcement proceedings as quickly as possible and without delays is the most important component and has the greatest impact on the chances of success in settling the debtor's debt. Therefore, the office works diligently to submit requests for suspension/cancellation of proceedings in enforcement cases and/or requests for a consolidation order immediately upon receipt of the relevant material in the office, and similarly regarding the operational proceedings conducted within the framework of enforcement cases.
