Attorney Itay Grady is a founding partner at Geva Grady - Law Firm and leads the Criminal Tax and Administrative Collection Department of the Tax Authorities.
Attorney Grady represents clients in arrest proceedings in the fields of taxation, economic crime, and money laundering. His main focus is on providing advice and guidance before investigations by the Income Tax and VAT (Value Added Tax), managing criminal proceedings and complex indictments in income tax and VAT cases before various judicial instances, offering expert opinions in the criminal field, managing administrative fines and proceedings related to non-submission of reports on time, representing clients in hearings according to Section 60a of the Penal Code before filing an indictment, and guiding taxpayers in audits by the Income Tax and VAT authorities.
Additionally, Attorney Grady serves as the head of the Civil Litigation, Insolvency, Collection, and Execution Department. Among other responsibilities, Attorney Grady handles the collection systems of large companies, drafts commercial contracts, manages the dissolution of partnerships, founders' agreements, debt arrangements in enforcement proceedings, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Attorney Grady has extensive experience and education in the field of taxation, spanning 9 years, and is a member of the Tax Committee at the Israel Bar Association.
Before establishing his firm, Attorney Grady served as the head of the Tax Department at a large and leading law firm. Among his other roles, Attorney Grady served as a legal advisor accompanying a major company in the Israeli market.
