My name is Ronit Alon, a member of the Israel Bar Association since November 1996. I have many years of experience managing family cases, estate cases, and a wide range of personal status cases.
Graduate of a Bachelor of Laws from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor of Political Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University. I completed my studies with honors.
Since 2012, I have also been working as a certified mediator on behalf of the Israel Bar Association in disputes between couples, family disputes, and complex business disputes. In my role, I assist parties in resolving conflicts in creative, professional, and above all, humane ways.
Areas of Practice in the Office:
My Principles
A comprehensive examination with the client to determine whether all possibilities for reconciliation have truly been exhausted and whether there is room for further dialogue before the legal process. Is the decision final? Only after we have gone through these stages can we begin to examine what the best alternatives for the client are.
A guiding principle for me is ensuring that, as much as possible, children remain outside the conflict throughout all legal proceedings.
My professional experience has taught me that any agreement signed outside the court will always be better and more satisfactory for the client than a decision left to the judges.
It is important to know that most disputes, including the most difficult and complex, end in a settlement agreement. Therefore, I will strive as much as possible for a settlement agreement and do everything to avoid unnecessary legal proceedings, heavy expenses, and above all, of course, harm to the children.
However, if we decide together to initiate legal proceedings, the process will be conducted with full force, utilizing all legal tools at our disposal.
