Adv. Mark Perry

Adv. Mark Perry holds a Bachelor's degree from the Hebrew University and a Master's degree from Tel Aviv University.

Recently, Adv. Perry completed 23 years of service in the Military Advocate General's Corps, in various roles of prosecution, defense, and legal advisory. Among his positions were Deputy Chief Military Defense Counsel, Head of the Traffic Division in the Military Prosecution, Legal Advisor to the Navy, and Deputy Legal Advisor to the Medical Corps.

Adv. Perry gained experience in diverse fields while serving in the Military Advocate General's Corps, where he managed numerous criminal and traffic cases.

In legal advisory service, Adv. Perry dealt with a wide range of legal issues related to patients' rights, the obligation to provide medical treatment, medical sorting in the IDF, medical confidentiality, enlistment in the IDF, rights of career soldiers, and more.

Adv. Perry is a member of the National Military and Security Committee of the Israel Bar Association and the Traffic Committee of the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association.

The office led by Adv. Perry specializes in managing criminal cases with a special focus on traffic law, represents clients in military courts, and advises and manages legal proceedings to realize the rights of military personnel of various ranks.
