Representing clients in real estate transactions, including combinations, purchases, sales, contracting, tenders, asset liquidations, purchasing groups, joint ventures, investments, leasing, management, urban renewal, TAMA 38, sharing agreements, etc., both domestically and internationally, in residential (high-density, single-family homes), commercial (establishing and managing malls), office (establishing office buildings, selling, leasing, managing, BOT, etc.), and hospitality (establishing hotels, contracting with management companies, dealing with the Investment Center).

Representing real estate management and holding groups in their real estate activities, both domestically and internationally, including representation in asset purchase agreements, asset-backed securities, marketing, and operations involving hundreds of thousands of square meters and financial volumes of hundreds of millions of NIS.

Representing apartment owners and house committees in a long list of urban renewal transactions, including:

• Legal support for the purchase of areas designated for the establishment of approximately 20,000 square meters of offices and commerce in Kfar Saba.
• Support for zoning plan procedures for the establishment of an office and commercial building in the Kiryat Aryeh industrial area in Petah Tikva.
• Representation in securing bank financing or other funding for real estate purchases and construction, both domestically and internationally.
• Preparation of real estate tax planning, opinions, representation before tax authorities and local authorities, and support throughout objection and appeal procedures.
• Representing commercial companies in leasing office spaces (Red Bend, WalkMe, CyberArk, Nextage, etc.).
• Legal representation and advice in planning and construction areas, including zoning plans and building permits, filing objections, appearing before planning committees, administrative petitions, claims for depreciation, etc.
• Legal support and representation during the engagement with planners, contractors, consultants, supervisors, etc.
• Legal support and representation before local authorities and various government offices, including municipalities, municipal companies, the Ministry of Interior, the Land Registry, real estate supervisors, the Registrar of Contractors, the Registrar of Companies, the Registrar of Pledges, etc.
• Registration of condominiums, parcelization (consolidation and division), and sharing agreements.
• Representation in courts and various litigation forums in diverse fields, including financial disputes, construction defects, administrative petitions, injunctions, etc., including representing tenants in claims against a defaulting developer in a TAMA 38 transaction.
