M. Cohen-Zada Law Firm is a leading boutique firm in the field of real estate law, urban renewal (evacuation and construction and Tama 38), planning and construction, real estate taxation
We believe in a personal approach and close guidance to achieve the optimal result, advocating walking hand in hand with the client, from the stage of identifying the goal and need, through examining their implementation, and finally realizing them in the most successful manner for the client. After many years of deep involvement in the real estate field, we find great satisfaction in the ability to identify business potential, even in places where it is hidden, and in knowing how to create an atmosphere of trust and cooperation with the entities we work with.
The firm was founded in 2005 by Attorney Moshe Cohen-Zada, who was the head of the real estate department in one of the largest law firms in the country, accompanying moshavim and kibbutzim, and who also represents various community settlements and local authorities. In his role, Attorney Moshe Cohen-Zada served, among other things, as the legal advisor for large and complex real estate projects, both on private lands and on lands of the Israel Land Authority, the Jewish Agency, and the Civil Administration.
The majority of the firm's activity is in the field of urban renewal in its various forms, providing comprehensive and inclusive legal support for residential projects, purchasing groups, and accompanying commercial and private real estate transactions (purchasing an apartment from a contractor, buying and selling second-hand apartments, commercial properties, and more) and representing community settlements, cooperative societies, and landowners. The firm also handles various legal proceedings and negotiations with different authorities, including the Israel Land Authority, local authorities and regional councils, planning committees, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of National Infrastructure, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and many other governmental and public bodies.
