Ben-David has published articles in Israeli legal journals in the fields of constitutional and administrative law; served as a member of the Marine Environment and Law Clinic at the University of Haifa; serves as Deputy Chairman of the Defamation Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Immigration Committee of the Israel Bar Association; and previously served as a member of the Tender Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
