Additionally, our office provides ongoing legal advice to businesses of various sizes and types (licensed dealers, accounting partnerships, small companies, startups, etc.), as well as one-time services required by any business: establishment/dissolution of companies, partnerships, and associations, drafting templates for purchase orders with suppliers and order confirmations with customers, advice and protection against class action lawsuits, and more.
With an LLB from the University of Haifa, an internship at a leading firm in both the high-tech and tax departments, and after 8 years of experience as a corporate lawyer working with Israel's leading companies and small startup companies, I have vast experience in contract drafting and negotiating, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and ongoing legal advice. Drawing on my experience working as both an in-house legal counsel in a large corporation and as a lawyer providing services for various corporations, I founded GBA Law in 2016 with the goal of providing high-quality, business-oriented legal services to small businesses and large corporations alike.
