The Law Office of Attorney Shai Nissan focuses its activities on the fields of torts and medical malpractice, representing victims in realizing their rights against insurance bodies, clinics, hospitals, and the National Insurance Institute.

Attorney Shai Nissan has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2008. Upon completing his training, he engaged in representing insurance companies, gaining insight into the other side of the fence, and acquiring knowledge that today serves his private practice in dealings with insurance companies and realizing his clients' rights.

Later in his legal career, he worked at the Lebanon - Segev office, representing victims in various matters, and gained extensive experience in managing medical malpractice and tort cases. Today, he operates an independent, established, and active office in these fields and is a member of the WAML World Association for Medical Law.
