About Us

According to the law in the State of Israel, rabbinical courts have exclusive authority to adjudicate matters of divorce and can also concurrently address related issues such as support, custody, etc.

In addition to an attorney, a rabbinical advocate is equally authorized to represent in rabbinical court.

A rabbinical advocate is a person trained and certified by the President of the Great Rabbinical Court, who, as part of their training, has studied civil divorce laws and is well-versed in the civil aspects of divorce, as well as being required to have proficiency in Jewish law and the halachic aspect.

In many cases, a rabbinical advocate has an advantage over an attorney because the courts adjudicate according to Jewish law, and the rabbinical advocate has the knowledge and expertise in these matters in addition to general legal knowledge in the field.

Our office provides consultation and representation services in rabbinical courts in the fields of divorce, ketubah, spousal alimony, child support, custody, and division of property.
