Yishai Solomon - Rabbinical Advocate

Yishai Solomon is a licensed rabbinical advocate authorized by law to represent clients in rabbinical courts.
A rabbinical advocate is familiar with the laws governing the rabbinical court, the procedures of the hearings, the presentation of evidence, halachic arguments, and extensive halachic literature that serves as the basis for the court's rulings.

Rabbi Yishai Solomon serves as a manager and dayan (judge) in private rabbinical courts and has extensive experience in a wide variety of monetary law cases.

In addition to being a certified rabbinical advocate, Rabbi Yishai Solomon also holds the "Yadin Yadin" certification, which qualifies him to serve as a dayan in the regional rabbinical court. This means his education is equivalent to that of the dayanim before whom cases are argued.
