Dr. Weller is a professional and renowned figure in the fields of contract law, class action law, insurance law, and consumer protection law.
Dr. Weller published his first book, "Disclosure Obligations of Insureds in Insurance Contracts", in 2002. In 2005 and 2007, he published a comprehensive two-volume work on the interpretation of the Insurance Contract Law, totaling 1,200 pages.
The books were written as part of a prestigious legal book series in the country, known as the Interpretation of Contract Laws series founded by Gad Tedeschi, and published by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
The books have been cited in hundreds of court rulings at all levels, including the Supreme Court. Many of the ideas and opinions expressed in these works were later adopted in Supreme Court rulings and became established case law.
