Attorney Bar-Chen Asherov served in the IDF as a combat soldier and held the position of company commander in the Paratroopers Brigade. He has been serving in the reserves since his release from regular service and currently serves as a battalion commander. He worked in the Prime Minister's Office. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Government (specializing in Terrorism and Guerrilla) from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. He joined the Israel Bar Association in 2009.
He worked as an employee in two leading law firms representing hospitals and doctors on behalf of their insurance company: Aharonson, Shar Abulafia, Amodai & Co., and Shachal & HaEzrachi.
