Adv. Shlomo Yitzhaki, Mediation and Arbitration Consulting

Adv. Yitzhaki holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tel Aviv University and a Master's degree in Executive Commercial Law from the Hebrew University and Georgetown University in Washington. He has been a member of the Bar Association since 1987 and is a certified mediator.

Adv. Yitzhaki practiced privately for about a decade, mainly in the field of labor and employment relations. Subsequently, he served as the head of the Labor Relations Unit at the Ministry of Labor and as the Chief Officer for Labor Relations in the national economy for a period of 22 years.

In his role, he worked as a registrar of collective agreements, mediator, arbitrator, and mediator in labor disputes under the Labor Disputes Settlement Law. He initiated special arrangements for employees and employers according to various labor laws and managed hundreds of mediations, mediations, and arbitrations in collective labor disputes.

Adv. Yitzhaki participated in hundreds of seminars, workshops, and conferences both in Israel and abroad, both as a participant and as a lecturer in the field of labor, labor relations, and social security.

Adv. Yitzhaki lectures in labor law courses at various academic institutions as well as in training programs and various conferences.

Adv. Yitzhaki has a deep understanding of the legal system as well as the labor courts. In the past, he served as a member of the committee for the appointment of registrars and the committee for the appointment of public representatives to the labor courts, and coordinated the nominations of judges to the courts for the Ministers of Labor.

Adv. Yitzhaki also has a deep understanding of the governmental and public system and its various mechanisms, as well as the labor relations system in Israel, including all organizations, employers, employees, active institutions, and key figures in the labor relations system in Israel.
