Attorney Bayadsa holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

He is currently completing his MBA studies at the Hebrew University, specializing in real estate finance.

During his years of work as a lawyer and legal advisor in real estate, he has been involved in managing complex commercial real estate transactions worth hundreds of millions of shekels.
