He is certified to serve as a rabbinical advocate by the Great Rabbinical Court in Jerusalem, under the leadership of the Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef, may he live long (שליט"א).
He is a graduate of an advanced kollel specializing in teaching halacha and holds a certification from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, qualifying him to serve as a neighborhood rabbi.
