Attorney and Mediator Irit Meidan.
Holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Bar-Ilan University. Certified mediator in the field of family law and personal status, with extensive experience in all types of family disputes. She began her career in the legal aid department at the Be'er Sheva court and currently practices in civil and family law.
Her uncompromising approach to personal attention, with an emphasis on providing discreet and reliable legal advice, has earned her a good reputation and a wide clientele.
 
Attorney and Mediator Irit Meidan heads the Family Law and Personal Status Department. The department deals with guidance and representation in legal proceedings within the family, including full guidance in divorce proceedings - division of property, determination of custody, visitation arrangements, and child support; handling post-divorce disputes - parental alienation, child support debt, etc. Also, agreements in the field of personal status, including prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements, drafting wills, contesting wills, representing in inheritance disputes with the aim of achieving reconciliation and satisfaction of all parties, inheritance and estate management, drafting enduring power of attorney, and guardianship.
 
Attorney and Mediator Oren Meidan.
Holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) with honors. Extensive experience in representing clients in various courts, certified for enduring power of attorney according to the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law 1962.
He began his career in the criminal prosecution in the Southern District, in the field of criminal law and traffic law from the initial arrest and investigation stage to the release committees.
 
Attorney and Mediator Oren Meidan heads the Criminal and Traffic Department, with extensive experience in representing suspects and defendants in criminal cases, from the stages of investigations and arrests to full management of the proceedings, including appeals, and representing prisoners in release committees. The department provides professional advice and representation, offering a comprehensive range of legal defense services also in traffic law offenses: from fine offenses to involvement in fatal road accidents before all investigative bodies and various courts across the country, with an emphasis on personal and professional service to the client.
 

Attorney Yariv Noam.

Holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), former member of the criminal prosecution in the Southern District and former police investigator. Attorney Noam's extensive experience provides him with a deep understanding of the Israeli legal system and a significant advantage in representing his clients facing criminal and traffic charges of all kinds.
