Employer Representation: Our office provides full personal support to employers on all issues arising from employment relationships, including: - Drafting employment agreements; - Workplace training to prevent labor disputes and familiarize employees with labor laws; - Representing the employer in labor courts in employee claims; - Representation in financial sanctions and administrative warnings.
