Adv. (Retired Chief Superintendent) Avraham Shai
Adv. Avraham Shai founded the firm after retiring from the Israel Police following 30 years of service in senior command positions in the fields of investigation, prosecution, and intelligence. In his last position, he served as the Head of the Investigations and Intelligence Division of the Northern District.
During his service, Adv. Avraham Shai was involved in the investigation and supervision of hundreds of murder cases, attempted murders, and other serious crimes. Furthermore, he is a graduate of the NYPD Detective Bureau - Homicide Investigators Course.
Adv. Avraham Shai lectures on investigation, law, and legal matters, as well as on workplace accidents and managerial responsibility for their prevention in courses and training sessions of the Green Police, the Marine and Coastal Division, the Israeli Police Investigation School in Holon, the Nature and Parks Authority, the National Security Unit, engineering at height, Mifam Western Galilee, Israel Railways at the D.I.M Institute in Karmiel, and in courses and training sessions of governmental and public bodies.
Adv. Yifat Shai - Yosefzon
Adv. Yifat Yosefzon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Haifa in the 'Judicial Theory and Criminal Procedure' program.
Adv. Yosefzon began her career in a private criminal law firm between 2006-2008 and later worked in two private firms in the civil field before joining the partnership.
Adv. Yosefzon is a certified mediator and has completed extensive training in criminal law, medicine and law, and family law.
Adv. Yosefzon is authorized to represent soldiers and officers as a defense attorney in military courts and also represents prison guards and police officers in disciplinary courts of the police and the Israel Prison Service.
Adv. Yosefzon is a fourth-generation member of a family of police officers and commanders, having served 4 years in the Israel Police in patrol and operational roles.
