The firm represents property owners, developers, and contractors in sale agreements, agreements for construction services, combination agreements, evacuation and construction agreements, agreements for the implementation of National Outline Plan 38, and more.
Additionally, the firm provides legal support for the preparation and approval processes of master plans, outline plans, and policy documents, including for the Planning Administration in the Ministry of the Interior and the Israel Land Authority. The firm represents local authorities regarding boundary committees and property tax revenue distribution.
Attorney Asher Kahana holds a master's degree with honors in urban and regional planning from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree with honors in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is a member of the Local Government Forum and the Planning and Construction Forum in the Israel Bar Association and a member of the Israeli Planners Association. He represents the Planners Association in Knesset committees and government offices on matters related to the status of urban planners in Israel. He serves as the chairman of the subcommittee for formulating the association's position on planning reform.
