Mindel served as a legal advisor and prosecutor for authorities: the Local Committee of Tayibe and as municipal prosecutor for the local council of Mitzpe Ramon and the Tamar Regional Council.
Another area the firm practices is insolvency, and Adv. Mindel has 20 years of experience representing debtors both under the Bankruptcy Ordinance and the Insolvency Law. Adv. Mindel has served as Chairman of the Property Tax Appeals Committee of the Bnei Shimon Regional Council since 2006.
