About Us

Anoushi & Co. Law Firm, Mediation, Arbitration, and Notary, was established in 1977 by its founder, Attorney Anoushi Daniel, who has led and continues to lead the firm. Attorney Anoushi Daniel is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1977. He has extensive education, previously served as a municipal judge, and holds qualifications as a mediator, arbitrator, and notary.

Attorney Anoushi Daniel served for many years in the reserves as a prosecutor on behalf of the Military Advocate General's Corps and also as a prosecutor for the Israel Bar Association in its disciplinary tribunal. He appears in military courts with the Chief of Staff's approval and has previously served as chairman of the audit committee in various, some public, bodies.

Attorney Anoushi Daniel is a lawyer with vast experience in managing legal proceedings in all possible courts, and it was only natural for him to establish a professional firm.

It should be noted that the firm represents leading companies in their fields as well as private clients from all sectors of business and personal life. The firm also serves as a legal advisor on a voluntary basis to several public and private associations.
Over time, Attorney Anoushi Daniel was joined by his sons, Attorney Eli Anoushi, head of the Traffic Department, Attorney Gad Anoushi (external consultant - International Trade), and his daughter, Attorney Roni Anoushi (external consultant - Family Law).

Labor Law: Representing employees and employers in labor courts and writing legal opinions to regulate individual and collective labor relations.

Family Law: Representing clients in rabbinical courts and family courts and writing opinions on various personal status issues.

Wills and Inheritances: The firm has special expertise in the field of inheritances and drafting special wills, including special notarial wills and their deposit. Experience in discussions at all levels on the subject of inheritance law.

Execution (Hotza'a Lapoal): Collection of checks and promissory notes, filing claims for monetary debts, executing judgments, asset liquidation through the Execution Office, direct connection to the Execution Office computer.
