Civil and Commercial Law: Twenty years of experience in representation before various judicial instances, from the Magistrate's Court to the Supreme Court. We can also assist you in drafting contracts and business negotiations.
Notary Services: Providing all notary services according to law and in accordance with the rates set by law.
Enduring Power of Attorney: It is advisable to prepare in advance and draft an enduring power of attorney to allow a person to pre-determine how and by whom their affairs will be handled when they are no longer competent to make decisions themselves. If, unfortunately, they reach such a state without having prepared an enduring power of attorney in advance, we will act to appoint a guardian.
