Our firm was established by Attorney Wala Qasis, who worked in public service as a prosecutor in the State Attorney's Office for 15 years at the rank of Senior Deputy A. During this time, he represented the state and government ministries in various legal forums – courts and appeal committees in thousands of diverse proceedings with great professionalism, specializing uniquely in administrative litigation and administrative law, alongside extensive involvement in civil law and torts across a wide range of issues, including class actions.
Attorney Qasis holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Haifa, and a Master's degree in Law specializing in "Administrative and Civil Law" from the University of Haifa.
