She has extensive experience in guiding couples through consensual separation processes and drafting agreements for cohabitation or, alternatively, divorce and separation agreements for common-law partners. Additional services offered include guardianship matters, claims for orders to obtain genetic information (paternity claims), and claims regarding the dissolution of marriage.
