The firm has been operating since 1985 in a spacious area in the center of Jerusalem. The firm specializes in the broad field of civil-commercial law, with an emphasis on the public aspect and the real estate sector in Israel and Romania. The firm handles several large projects for residential apartments as well as commercial centers.
Among other things, we handle: Achuzat Brachfeld Modiin Illit (approximately 4,000 housing units), Beit Shemesh (340 housing units and a commercial center), Ashdod (commercial), Kiryat Ata (1,500 housing units), a new settlement in the Lower Galilee, Ramat Arbel (500 houses, commerce, and tourism), and the acquisition of agricultural lands near Bnei Zion. In Romania, we handle approved lands for numerous residential units as well as commercial areas, and more. We also act as the liquidator-operator of a collapsed construction association and complete the construction of 106 cottages in Ramat Shlomo, Jerusalem. Additionally, we manage the liquidation of several high-tech and other companies, usually while operating them and selling them as a going concern. We represent public and private entities before the High Court of Justice.
