Raphael Meir & Co., Attorneys at Law, was founded in 2021 by Attorney Raphael Meir as a boutique law firm providing comprehensive legal solutions in complex fields: insolvency and bankruptcy, debt cancellation, debt arrangements, execution of judgments, civil lawsuits, and court representation.

 

Attorney Raphael Meir graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), completed his internship at top-tier law firms, and gained deep knowledge and experience in his fields of practice. In addition to his legal training, Attorney Meir underwent unique training for drafting enduring powers of attorney and is certified by the Ministry of Justice to draft preliminary instructions for the appointment of a guardian and to draft a document of expression of will.

Areas of Practice

 

• Insolvency — Debt cancellation, debt arrangements, bankruptcy, receivership.
• Execution of Judgments — Guidance and representation in all enforcement proceedings, both for creditors and debtors. For creditors: opening cases and debt collection, execution of judgments, execution of promissory notes and claims for a fixed amount, and initiating collection proceedings including seizures, asset realization, and imposing restrictions on the debtor. For debtors: payment arrangements and debt restructuring, requests for case consolidation, representation in ability investigations, "I have paid" claims, requests to stay proceedings and cancel seizures, and defense against unjustified collection proceedings.
• Litigation (Legal Proceedings) — Representing clients in civil and commercial proceedings in Magistrates' and District Courts. The firm manages monetary and contractual claims, civil and commercial disputes, and defense against lawsuits, including filing requests for temporary remedies (temporary seizures and injunctions), and accompanying the process at all stages — from filing pleadings, through preliminary proceedings and the evidentiary stage, to the issuance of a judgment and appeal management.
