Attorney Sheli Hayat

Attorney Sheli Hayat holds a master's degree with a specialization in criminal law from Tel Aviv University.

Attorney Hayat assists clients with real estate transactions, the transfer and registration of property rights, Tama 38, urban renewal, purchasing groups, and provides business and private financing advice and support.

Sheli Hayat has been a practicing attorney since 2007, with extensive experience as a criminal prosecutor in the police and as an investigations officer.

Attorney Hayat has accumulated significant experience in various police officer roles, serving as a prosecutor in the Central and Jerusalem districts and as an investigations officer in serious crime at the Central Unit (YAMAR Central). Over the years, she has diligently managed hundreds of criminal law investigations, including security cases, murder, weapons offenses, cybercrime, sexual offenses, and more. She has managed thousands of cases, complex investigations, serious detention cases, and was responsible for the community court in the center (rehabilitation and sentence reduction processes).

Among the high-profile cases she managed are the arms trafficking case of the Odeh organization, the footballers and minors case, murder cases, extortion by threats, organized crime, and more.
