Criminal proceedings are not simple, regardless of whether they involve suspects, defendants, or victims of crime. A person suddenly finds themselves alone; it is difficult to share the hardships, difficult to tell the story, difficult to explain, especially when required to do so repeatedly. For most people, the encounter with a criminal procedure, investigation, testimony, police, court, is an unfamiliar, foreign, and frightening field.

There is no reason to remain alone with this heavy burden; it is important for a person to have a stable and secure support, both emotionally and especially professionally, someone they can rely on not to judge them, to listen, to hear, to guide, to support, to assist, particularly in such moments.

In my work, I accompany suspects in preparation for their investigation and throughout the criminal process, but also victims of crime, whether they are unsure how to manage their affairs or have already given testimony and feel lost, not knowing how to cope with the legal situation they have encountered. The support also includes representation in courts or disciplinary tribunals, during detention proceedings, and in managing full proceedings.

I believe that a lawyer, especially in the criminal field, should take on the client's concerns and allow them, as much as possible, to continue living a life free from fears and worries, with the aim of bringing the client to a safe haven suitable for them.
