Chen has extensive experience in civil-commercial litigation, including representing individuals and corporations in class actions and derivative suits, significant financial claims, real estate disputes, administrative petitions, petitions to the High Court of Justice, shareholder disputes, and claims against officeholders before all judicial instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Chen is a member of the Class Actions Committee and the Property and Real Estate Committee of the Tel Aviv District Bar Association.
Chen holds legal and financial education acquired through studies in Business Administration and Accounting and Law with distinction at the Academic Track of the College of Management.
