Real Estate Transactions - I represent buyers and sellers of real estate in various fields: residential apartments, condominiums, land holdings, investment and construction plots, agricultural holdings in a moshav, and more. I handle the closing of transactions and the clear, simple, and fair drafting of sale contracts, including very complex ones. Additionally, I deal with real estate taxation law, including issues related to executing real estate transactions.
Commercial Law - Engaged in drafting various commercial contracts and commercial law, representing private and business entities in negotiations from the simplest to the most complex, such as establishing ventures and partnerships, as well as legal proceedings in these fields in various courts.
Family and Inheritance Law - Representation in family courts, divorce claims, alimony, custody, and property division, drafting wills, inheritances, prenuptial agreements, and estates, applications for probate orders and inheritance orders, and other agreements in this field. I have special expertise and extensive experience in managing the assets of protected persons and guardianship, as well as estate management.
Renewed Kibbutz and Community Expansions - Extensive practical experience in this unique and special field. Experienced in handling the allocation of apartments and production means to members of a renewed kibbutz, negotiations with kibbutz authorities, and legal proceedings in court and arbitrations before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
Banking Law, Enforcement, and Insolvency - Previously represented leading banks in Israel in collection proceedings. Therefore, I have extensive experience in negotiating with banks for debt settlements, bank negotiation tactics, and legal proceedings undertaken by banks for debt collection. Engaged in enforcement proceedings of various types, asset realization in receivership, bankruptcies, creditor arrangements, company liquidation, and rehabilitation.
Litigation - Representation in various courts, including managing claims of various scopes, throughout the country.
