Representation and guidance for shareholders and corporations, creditors and debtors in debt arrangements, Amendment 9, rehabilitation, and liquidation.
Attorney Sabina Sheinberg represents individuals, business owners, corporations, and creditors in insolvency proceedings, commercial debt arrangements, and economic rehabilitation.
Attorney Sheinberg brings with her 16 years of rich legal experience, over a decade of which was spent as a prosecutor in the Insolvency Commissioner’s Office in the Haifa and Northern District, where she managed thousands of complex cases, both individual and corporate.
Due to her past role as a decision-maker in the system, Attorney Sheinberg holds a unique strategic advantage: she knows exactly how the courts and officials examine the case from the inside. This means crafting a smart rescue strategy that prevents liquidation and allows for true rehabilitation.
Attorney Sheinberg has been a member of the Bar Association since 2011, is a notary, and is certified to draft enduring powers of attorney. She holds a Master’s degree (LL.M) in Civil-Administrative Law from the University of Haifa and is a member of the Insolvency Committee and the Enforcement Committee of the Northern District Bar Association.
