Adv. Dr. Yoav Gamrasni has been practicing for over 25 years in the field of civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on insolvency of individuals and corporations, complex economic arrangements, real estate, legal advice for businesses and individuals, and banking law. He has extensive experience as an attorney in both the private and public sectors, serving in roles appointed by the courts and the official receiver in insolvency matters, including trustee, liquidator, and receiver in thousands of different cases. Additionally, Adv. Gamrasni serves as an arbitrator, mediator, and notary.
Adv. Dr. Gamrasni has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999 and holds a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M), a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), and an additional Master’s degree in Law with a focus on commercial law from Bar-Ilan University. He holds a Doctor of Law degree.
