About Us

Tali Hetz Law and Mediation Office provides legal services to both employers and employees.

Employers receive ongoing advice in the field of labor law and rights under protective laws, drafting employment agreements (considering collective agreements and extension orders), reviewing pay slips, calculating final settlements for employees, guidance in hearing and termination procedures, and more. The office also represents clients in labor courts across the country.

Employees receive assistance in examining all rights, from the stage of employment acceptance, reviewing employment agreements, checking the rights paid during the employment period, guidance in hearings before termination, and reviewing rights upon the end of employment relations. The office represents many employees in negotiations with employers upon termination of their employment, and if necessary, prepares claims for the labor court and represents them throughout the legal process.

The office has extensive knowledge and experience regarding women's rights under the Women's Employment Law and accompanies its clients in proceedings conducted at the Ministry of Economy concerning obtaining dismissal permits/changes in employment conditions, and more.

The office also has knowledge and experience regarding protection against discrimination under the Equal Employment Opportunities Law and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, and provides services concerning issues of sexual harassment in the workplace—from supervision and raising awareness during the work itself to representation in legal claims filed under the law.

The office has many years of familiarity with issues related to foreign workers and refugees—whether in agriculture, construction, or industry. Over the years, Attorney Tali Hetz has represented numerous legal proceedings in labor courts.
