Attorney Udi Weisbaum completed his specialization in tax offenses during 1997-1998 and, after being certified as a lawyer, served from 1998 until the end of 2008 as a legal advisor, deputy head of the legal department, and prosecutor in the Customs and VAT Department of the Tax Authority.
During his tenure as a legal advisor and prosecutor at the Tax Authority, Attorney Udi Weisbaum gained extensive experience in representing large and complex tax offense cases involving hundreds of millions of shekels in various judicial instances.
Throughout his work at the Tax Authority, Attorney Udi Weisbaum also acquired significant experience and deep familiarity with the investigation departments, account audits, and collection departments of the Tax Authority.
During his tenure at the Tax Authority, Attorney Udi Weisbaum was recognized for his work by receiving the title of Outstanding Employee of the Ministry of Finance for the year 2005.
Attorney Udi Weisbaum is an active member of various tax committees of the Israel Bar Association, both in the central committee and the Tel Aviv and Central District committee, for several years.
