Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University. He has been practicing law for over thirty years and has served as a notary, arbitrator, and mediator in civil and family matters for about fifteen years.
Among other qualifications, he is a graduate of the Israeli Institute of Insurance in the fields of elementary and liability insurance. He completed the second mediation workshop in Israel as part of the academic track at the College of Management and the first workshop in family mediation.
He serves as a member of the disciplinary tribunal of the Israel Bar Association and served as the chairman of the Israeli Kennel Club's tribunal.
He served as a legal advisor to Shmuel Flatto-Sharon during his tenure as a Member of Knesset. He acted as an attorney for the owners of the legendary "The Tavern" and several branches of "Apropo" as well as for "Helena the Matchmaker", Baladi Ltd., and Yachach Sanitass in Tel Aviv.
In recent years, he has focused primarily on arbitrations, mediation, and notarial services.
