About Us

Attorney and Mediator Keren Kadron has been practicing family law since 2001, specializing in divorce, alimony, property division, custody, visitation arrangements, and more. Also suitable for the religious and ultra-Orthodox community.

Attorney Keren Kadron's Philosophy:

"I believe that divorce can be handled differently. Couples seeking divorce benefit greatly by striving to reach a divorce agreement. The possibilities are varied. Ideally, couples can come to an agreement independently if there is effective communication between them. However, consulting a professional about the rights of both spouses and any children involved is advisable, rather than relying on media information.

Couples on the brink of divorce often experience complex emotional turmoil and may require an external mediator to facilitate rational agreements on necessary matters. This is particularly true when communication is impaired. It is essential that the mediator has expertise in family law.

Even when one party feels communication is impossible or an agreement is unlikely, it is crucial to make every effort to reach an agreement and avoid unnecessary court battles. Caution is necessary, as the legal system in our country is complex and intricate.

When children are involved, reaching an agreement is vital. The emotional impact on children can be severe, but when couples separate responsibly and respectfully, the harm is minimized. Conversely, if couples engage in conflict, using children as leverage, it can cause lasting damage.

Couples who reach an agreement after careful consideration of its details and relevance to their circumstances end their marriage with dignity, avoiding court defamation. This significantly increases the likelihood that the agreement will be honored.

After reaching this understanding, I thoroughly evaluate each case to determine if legal proceedings are justified. If not, I advise clients on the benefits of a respectful divorce agreement, and I have no doubt that this is the best legal advice I can offer."
