A prominent specialization of the office is in real estate transactions with the Israel Land Authority, including executing transactions for kibbutzim and moshavim within the framework of land-use changes.
Our office supports construction projects of entrepreneurial-contractor companies, leading in the market, at all stages, including financial support with banks, sale transactions to residents, and handling the registration of the project with the Israel Land Authority and the Land Registry Office.
Our office was among the first to support developers (Matzlawi Ltd.) in an urban renewal project in Yehud, including drafting contracts with the evacuated residents and supporting the project with the Israel Land Authority until the completion of construction and registration of the project with the Israel Land Authority and the Land Registry Office.
In the field of planning and construction law, our office supports developers and/or moshavim and kibbutzim in land-use change processes, including appearances before various planning committees. Consultation in this area includes drafting regulations and supporting the various planning stages with the planning and construction committees.
Our office has supported urban building plans in land-use change processes, for example: Kibbutz Be'erot Yitzhak, the industrial park of Kibbutz HaHotrim Beit Oren, planning processes for WIZO in Nes Ziona and Even Yehuda. Among other things, our office participated in formulating the agreement regarding the golf complex in Kibbutz Ga'ash.
