The Tavor Law Office was established in 1979 by Attorney Nimrod Tavor. The office serves a wide range of clients both domestically and internationally.
Our office provides fast, personal, professional, and discreet service, with clients including companies, individuals, and various entities.
Our office operates as a 'boutique' firm, and as such, and as part of our policy, the attorney accompanying a client handles their matters personally and continuously. We do not typically transfer cases to other attorneys or interns.
The main focus of our office is handling regular clients in various commercial fields. The office provides legal services and legal and business support to companies and individuals in various civil fields, including real estate, the fuel industry, litigation in various commercial fields, labor law, tort law, entrepreneurship, taxation, arbitrations, mediations, commercial and business support, corporate law, inheritance and estate law, family and personal status law, international trade and taxation, class actions, and more.
The office, through Attorney Nimrod Tavor, acts as a court-appointed receiver (real estate) and estate administrator, both by court appointment and private appointments. Additionally, the office handles mediations and arbitrations in the aforementioned manner.
Our office maintains close contact with various offices in Europe, the USA, and the Far East, for the purpose of providing services to clients who need to conduct transactions, entrepreneurship, and establish companies abroad, or receive legal advice on matters related to the laws of these countries and international law.

Additionally, the office handles all expropriation procedures and negotiation and claims related to real estate expropriations, compensation, cancellation, and changes.
Our office handles partition of real estate cases, both in representing rights holders in real estate and by court appointment.

The office provides ongoing advice and support in tender law and representation of plaintiffs and defendants in court proceedings related to tenders.
Handling the initiation of transactions and high-tech agreements domestically and internationally, with professionalism in representing and supporting companies and entrepreneurs.
Receivership and Liquidations (Real Estate): Our office, through Attorney Nimrod Tavor, operates both by court appointments and private appointments as receivers and liquidators in real estate.
In this framework, the office conducts various auctions and acts to sell the real estate to the highest bidder or to divide it, as appropriate.
Mediation and Arbitration: Our office, through Attorney Nimrod Tavor (a certified mediator), conducts mediations and arbitrations in various fields of civil-commercial law, with the knowledge and experience that disputes and disagreements can be resolved through mediation or arbitration, reducing the parties' expenses and providing a quick and efficient solution to the dispute.

Representation in claims against and/or before various oil companies, including for the enforcement of agreements, commission payments, and franchisee arrangements. Representation of fueling station owners against claims and arrangements with the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
Personal Status Law, Inheritance, and Estates: The office handles the drafting of divorce agreements, claims regarding spousal and child support, visitation arrangements, custody, property division, domestic violence, partition of property, recognition of common-law partners, paternity recognition claims, requests for the appointment of body and property guardians, drafting of prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, drafting of wills, inheritances, etc.
International Trade and Taxation: The office represents Israeli clients with commercial activity abroad, including in the Far East, USA, and Europe.
