The Tavor Law Office was established in 1979 by Attorney Nimrod Tavor. The office serves a wide range of clients both domestically and internationally.

Our office provides fast, personal, professional, and discreet service, with clients including companies, individuals, and various entities.

Our office operates as a 'boutique' firm, and as such, and as part of our policy, the attorney accompanying a client handles their matters personally and continuously. We do not typically transfer cases to other attorneys or interns.

The main focus of our office is handling regular clients in various commercial fields. The office provides legal services and legal and business support to companies and individuals in various civil fields, including real estate, the fuel industry, litigation in various commercial fields, labor law, tort law, entrepreneurship, taxation, arbitrations, mediations, commercial and business support, corporate law, inheritance and estate law, family and personal status law, international trade and taxation, class actions, and more.

The office, through Attorney Nimrod Tavor, acts as a court-appointed receiver (real estate) and estate administrator, both by court appointment and private appointments. Additionally, the office handles mediations and arbitrations in the aforementioned manner.

Our office maintains close contact with various offices in Europe, the USA, and the Far East, for the purpose of providing services to clients who need to conduct transactions, entrepreneurship, and establish companies abroad, or receive legal advice on matters related to the laws of these countries and international law.

Areas of Practice:
Real Estate: Representation of contractors, developers, and property owners in real estate transactions, including sale, purchase, combination, initiation, urban renewal, National Outline Plan 38 (Tama 38), regarding residential buildings, industrial buildings, office buildings, fueling stations, etc.

Handling planning and construction procedures, including initiation, zoning changes, additions, and exceptional uses, dealing with all relevant entities including various committees and authorities, representation in appeal procedures, court proceedings, etc.

Our office represents foreign property owners and a wide range of Israeli property owners in all matters related to property rental, management, tenant handling, eviction claims, tort claims, handling enforcement procedures related to eviction and collection from tenants, etc.
Our office deals with real estate taxation, from the transaction planning stage to execution, including representation in appeal procedures and ongoing support of our clients. Additionally, the office handles all expropriation procedures and negotiation and claims related to real estate expropriations, compensation, cancellation, and changes.

Our office handles partition of real estate cases, both in representing rights holders in real estate and by court appointment.

Commercial Law: Ongoing support and advice to business people, companies, and organizations domestically and internationally in various fields of commercial and civil law, including business support, negotiation management, company and organization establishment domestically and internationally, mergers, acquisitions, corporate law, debtor handling, advice, etc.

Contracts and Tenders: The office has extensive experience in contract law, from lease agreements, initiation, founders' agreements, partnerships, acquisitions, mergers, agency agreements, including expertise in all matters related to the energy and fuel industry and handling engagements related to fueling stations, fuel agencies, and companies in the field.

The office provides ongoing advice and support in tender law and representation of plaintiffs and defendants in court proceedings related to tenders.

Handling the initiation of transactions and high-tech agreements domestically and internationally, with professionalism in representing and supporting companies and entrepreneurs.

Receivership and Liquidations (Real Estate): Our office, through Attorney Nimrod Tavor, operates both by court appointments and private appointments as receivers and liquidators in real estate.

In this framework, the office conducts various auctions and acts to sell the real estate to the highest bidder or to divide it, as appropriate.

Mediation and Arbitration: Our office, through Attorney Nimrod Tavor (a certified mediator), conducts mediations and arbitrations in various fields of civil-commercial law, with the knowledge and experience that disputes and disagreements can be resolved through mediation or arbitration, reducing the parties' expenses and providing a quick and efficient solution to the dispute.

Litigation: Our office handles the management of civil-commercial court cases in various instances. The office team has extensive experience in managing complex claim and defense cases. Fuel and Energy Industry: Handling the purchase of land for the establishment of fueling stations and roadside services and zoning changes for these purposes.

Handling eligibility for receiving fueling stations for IDF disabled veterans against the Ministry of Defense and the Israel Lands Administration.

Torts: Our office represents and handles tort claims, including medical malpractice and various bodily injuries, accidents, road accidents, work accidents, insurance benefit claims, claims related to the Defective Products Liability Law, and claims related to negligence by public bodies and authorities. Representation in claims against and/or before various oil companies, including for the enforcement of agreements, commission payments, and franchisee arrangements. Representation of fueling station owners against claims and arrangements with the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

Personal Status Law, Inheritance, and Estates: The office handles the drafting of divorce agreements, claims regarding spousal and child support, visitation arrangements, custody, property division, domestic violence, partition of property, recognition of common-law partners, paternity recognition claims, requests for the appointment of body and property guardians, drafting of prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, drafting of wills, inheritances, etc.

International Trade and Taxation: The office represents Israeli clients with commercial activity abroad, including in the Far East, USA, and Europe.

Additionally, the office represents many foreign clients operating in Israel.

The office deals with international tax planning, including the opening and advising on various companies worldwide, including offshore companies.

Corporate Law, Partnerships, Associations, and Establishment of Local and Foreign Companies: The office provides comprehensive and full advice on corporate, association, partnership, commercial activity, transactions, and engagements abroad, business strategy, etc.

Trusts and Endowments: The office manages an endowment and distributes scholarships to underprivileged students at the Technion in Haifa.
