Attorney Anat Levi is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has been licensed to practice law since 1992. Additionally, Attorney Levi holds a Master's degree in Commercial Law from the joint Master's program of Tel Aviv University and the University of California, Berkeley (2007).

Furthermore, Attorney Levi lectures at the Sapir College School of Law, teaching a course on Complex Real Estate Transactions, and speaks at professional conferences and legal training sessions.

Attorney Levi managed the establishment and initiation project of the Faculty of Law at Sapir College in Sderot. In this project, Attorney Levi was appointed by the college president, Prof. Ze'ev Tzahor, and by Prof. Omri Yadlin, who was the deputy dean of the Faculty of Law in Tel Aviv and served as the first dean of the School of Law at Sapir College, to handle all matters required for the establishment of the faculty. This included formulating a vision, developing a dedicated and special curriculum focusing on real estate, planning and construction, and environmental quality, assembling an academic staff, and more.
