I began my professional journey in the field, working as a real estate broker in the Sharon area, where I gained extensive knowledge and experience. Even today, I hold a license to practice brokerage. As an attorney at one of the leading firms in the country in the general commercial field, which originated from the real estate niche, I represented construction companies in the establishment of residential and commercial projects, from the land acquisition stage through banking support to the sale of apartments to residents, and later even their sale to new buyers in second-hand transactions.

Additionally, I have represented landowners in complex real estate transactions, such as combinations with dozens of different landowners. Furthermore, on a regular basis, I have represented and continue to represent dozens of sellers and buyers of second-hand residential apartments. This work includes interaction with entities such as the Land Registry Office (Tabu), the Israel Land Authority, real estate tax authorities, the Registrar of Pledges, the Registrar of Companies, and similar organizations.
