Professional Background:

Adv. Yehuda Gadron – graduate of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University (LLB). Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2001. Graduate of a mediation course at the David Rotlevi National Mediation Institute affiliated with the Bar Association (2005).
Adv. Gadron gained experience as a lawyer in leading law firms in Israel, specializing, among other things, in the field of capital markets and guiding public companies.
In addition to his legal experience, Adv. Yehuda Gadron has business experience as a cofounder of a startup company and as a communications consultant for companies and organizations.

Currently, Adv. Yehuda Gadron has filed a request for approval of a class action regarding the 'ping call' phenomenon, under the 'Spam Law': 15/06/2009 'Globes':
Class action against Talran Instant Messages: harassed mobile phone owners through 'ping calls,' the 'ping calls' case was exposed in G Magazine.

According to the plaintiffs, Talran called them and hung up—thereby cunningly causing them to call back at their own expense, upon which they were played a promotional message contrary to the Spam Law.
