Attorney Keren Cohen Belcharski heads the urban renewal department at the firm and has extensive experience in handling and leading transactions in the field of urban renewal, TAMA 38 (strengthening), TAMA 38 (demolition), evacuation, and densification for apartment owners and developers in the field.

Keren has rich experience and unique knowledge in handling projects in the field of urban renewal, from the stage of concept formation and creating the necessary consensus among apartment owners, providing solutions to individual needs, examining the feasibility of project execution with planning authorities, and providing ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle until the stage of delivering the new apartments to the owners. Additionally, Keren has experience in supporting many developers in the field and managing legal proceedings against reluctant tenants.

In addition to all these, Keren handles numerous transactions in all areas of real estate, including complex sale and purchase transactions; handling projects for high-density and ground-attached construction; legal handling of income-generating properties and real estate management, providing legal advice in the field of consultant, contractor, and infrastructure agreements, and providing ongoing legal support in real estate projects, at all their stages.
