We represent clients in courts at all levels. We handle appeals to higher courts, some of whom were represented by us in the initial trial, while others approached our firm for the first time to file an appeal.

Our firm has represented defendants accused of bribery in various cases, some of which attracted public interest—government employees in various ministries who were indicted, usually after a period during which the police operated covertly to gather evidence against them.

Additionally, our firm has represented defendants involved in significant fraud and deception offenses, some of which also involved offenses against various tax authorities—income tax, VAT, and customs.

We also represent defendants against whom claims have been filed by various authorities—in disciplinary courts of the public service, including the disciplinary court of state employees and the disciplinary court of local authority employees.

Although the proceedings in these courts are not criminal in all aspects, the consequences of a conviction in these courts can be severe, sometimes having an impact no less significant than a criminal conviction, thus requiring the proceedings to be conducted as if they were a criminal process in practice.

Our firm has a special focus on representing prisoners during their incarceration and in preparation for the parole board. We handle prisoner petitions concerning leave as well as all petitions regarding incarceration conditions and in release committees (parole board).
