Attorney Yossi Bar holds a degree and license as a Building Technician, born in 1962, married, and father of five, is the founder and owner of the office.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Ono Academic College.
He specializes primarily in real estate law.
Attorney Yossi Bar comes from the real estate sector and is a registered contractor and building technician. Previously, he was the owner and manager of a real estate and holdings corporation that constructed tens of thousands of square meters in Israel. He established, managed, and supervised the legal department in the corporation for about 10 years.
Later, he was certified as an attorney and opened an independent office in Jerusalem, specializing in real estate (representing contractors and tenants, sales contracts, work contracts for contractors, etc.), labor law, torts and insurance, family law, bankruptcy, and execution.
In the field of torts and insurance, he managed numerous cases in the Jerusalem district and represented private clients.
He also serves as the legal advisor to the Egged Workers' Committee in Jerusalem.
