Family Law

We handle a variety of issues in family and inheritance law, including managing divorce, inheritance, and will cases. Additionally, we draft agreements between spouses concerning divorce, financial matters, alimony, custody, reconciliation, etc., and also handle applications for inheritance orders and probate orders with the Registrar of Inheritance Affairs.

Real Estate

Our firm engages in drafting agreements for the sale or purchase of second-hand apartments, lease agreements, representing buyers in purchasing property from a contractor, evicting tenants from leased properties, dissolution of co-ownership in real estate, transfer of property rights, and filing claims with the Supervisor of Real Estate Registration.
 

Mediation

The mediation process empowers the parties to draft their own judgment, rather than having the court do it for them, and it is possible and even advisable to turn to mediation even if no court proceedings are underway. Our firm operates under the "couple mediation" method, where the parties meet with two mediators at the same time, ensuring comprehensive attention to each case.
