I previously served as the legal advisor for a construction company and subsequently as the Deputy Legal Advisor for a municipality. In my role at the municipality, I was intensively involved in administrative law, planning and construction, and municipal taxation law (municipal tax, betterment levy), as well as compensation for devaluation due to the approval of a detrimental plan. After retiring from the position, I continued to provide external legal advice to the same municipality and also served as the legal advisor for the municipal corporation. Currently, the firm represents private clients in real estate and planning and construction matters, and in disputes with the local authority on any issue, including business permit law, planning and construction law, betterment levy, municipal tax, and more. The firm deals with planning and construction law, including promoting plans and representation in planning institutions and appeal committees. The firm handles business permit law and planning and construction law, including representation in indictments on these matters. The firm also submits administrative petitions in the aforementioned fields. The firm has an additional branch in Ramat Gan - Moshe Aviv Tower.
