Engaged in representing women and men in family law, drafting prenuptial agreements, divorces, wills, and objections. Attorney Emanu is also a mediator working towards mediation outside the courtroom.
Between 1998 and 1999, he interned at a firm specializing in personal status law and family law. In 1999, he was certified as an attorney and has since received training by the Bar Association in family law and inheritance law.
Since his certification, he has been representing both women and men in family law, drafting prenuptial and divorce agreements between spouses, as well as drafting and handling wills and inheritances, including filing objections to wills and testaments. He completed a mediation course and works towards mediation with the parties' consent outside the courtroom.
Attorney Emanu has experience in drafting sale and rental agreements for apartments and represents clients in the division of real estate, including the division of jointly accumulated assets during marriage.
