Real Estate - The firm is engaged in all aspects of real estate, including guiding projects and developers from the planning review stage, contract execution, to the stage of handing over possession and property registration.

Civil - Commercial - Our firm has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to companies and businesses. This service is offered regularly and closely by our team, which visits the client's offices periodically and/or as needed. We maintain continuous contact to meet all their needs, starting with labor law regulation at the client, adapting to new legislation in the field, including drafting proper employment agreements, ongoing advice on employee employment matters, proper handling of employee terminations, and conducting hearings according to legal and judicial requirements. We also draft business agreements according to the client's field of activity, provide responses to the client vis-à-vis state and local authorities, and offer immediate solutions for collection and enforcement issues.

Civil Commercial Litigation - We provide immediate responses to legal issues on an ongoing basis and legal representation (litigation), as required, in various legal forums and government authorities in Israel.
